If so, you have to retract the vassalage from that character.
Need to get this county back from a countess who isn't my direct vassal If the target of your spying leave your realm, like when they manage to escape imprisonment and flee/rebel, you get a popup that tell you that it's pointless to continue to spy on them. I assumed I'd give her Cill Dara since it's not around any of the other counties she has. A councilor can only perform one job at a time, and cannot lead troops while assigned to a job. Each councilor has three possible jobs, also known as abilities or missions. There are five council positions, each linked to one of the attributes. if you're using the plot to revoke his title tho you'll want to build spy network since that is a plot and uses plot power. The Council is a group of specialized characters helping to rule the realm. The countess owns Ulaihd, Tir Gholla, and Cill Dara which is the one i am trying to get back. scheming helps you find plots and therefore just reasons to arrest people. The county is in my de jure capital duchy but when i untick the "de jure" box the county isn't in the duchy anymore.
