but I personally think I'd rather have the resolution and size upgrade vs simply the 120hz gaming. If you can afford 3440x1440 at 120hz, it is definitely the best of all worlds. I definitely prefer the 144hz, which I still have as a secondary monitor so I just use that.īut everything else is so fucking glorious at 3440x1440 with a solid 60fps that I do not for a second regret the upgrade / downgrade. THEN I went and tested out some other games in my library like Witcher 3, Tomb Raider etc. It felt so slow and clunky in 60hz compared to before at 144hz, It made me almost regret my purchase. I had gotten so used to 144hz that I think I forgot what it was like at 60hz, so when I first fired up OVERWATCH it all hit me like a brick. Honestly it was a tough adjustment at first.
